Q: Have you spoken with your NSP consultant?
Your NSP consultant will walk you through your lease structure and savings before you reach this step. If that hasn't happened yet, reach out first - it only takes 10 minutes and makes this form much easier to complete.
This form should be completed after your Discovery Session. If you haven't yet discussed your novated lease options with NSP, please email info@nationalsp.com.au before proceeding - we'll make sure everything is structured correctly for your situation.
