A three-way arrangement that works for you
A novated lease is an arrangement between you, your employer, and a finance company. Your employer takes on the lease and deducts repayments from your pre-tax salary. Running costs can also be bundled in - so one pre-tax deduction covers your whole car.
If you leave your employer, the lease can move with you to a new employer, or revert to a personal consumer lease. We manage the whole process.
